Dowie Doole C.T. Shiraz is a blend of winemaker Chris Thomas's favourite barrels of the vintage.

The grapes are harvested from estate vineyards in McLaren Vale, then vinified using minimal intervention winemaking.

The wine matures for 24 months in oak, mostly French with a small portion American. All the barrels are second use, adding complexity while maintaining a balance between fruit and oak flavours.

Deep red with crimson edges, Dowie Doole C.T. Shiraz is rich and full with layers of dark fruit flavours and long, refined tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
